Keep Guantanamo Bay Open... for the Bush Administration

Under the Bush Administration, "rape by instrument" was among numerous Guantanamo Bay practices, apparently often with little to no purpose beyond the sexual humiliation of prisoners.  If ever there were criminals to walk the planet that are deserving of the treatment they might have received at Guantanamo Bay during the Bush era, it would be... you guessed it, none other than the Bush Administration...   The standard policies employed at Guantanamo Bay alone are enough to justify such a fate, but that's really just the tip of the iceberg... and, frankly, that kind of treatment could easily have been going on for years beforehand.  Who knows.  Still jaw-droppingly appalling.
